I figured for my first blog post I would reveal my first hand lettering project that I’ve been working on for months. I started this as a project for Neil Tasker’s Skillshare Lettering class, and I think I’m finally happy with it.

It’s a quote from Yoda in Star Wars that I particularly like, because it’s very true.

For my next lettering projects I want to do something different from the usual script though—for some reason I revert to that, which I guess is natural as it’s my first real lettering project. But I know I can do more, and different styles.  But for a first try, I rather like it.
